Date of competition: 2004. May 1-2.

Event Centre and Finish Area: village of Fenyőfő, end of Dózsa Gy. street, marked from the center of village (from the church).

Registration: 2004. May 1., 9.00-11.00 at Event Centre.

Categories cancelled: due to lack of entry N18C was cancelled.

Categories merged: due to few entries the following categories became merged: N14C > N16C, N21A > N21E, F14C > F16C, F18C > F21C.

Accomodation: in gym hall in Elementary School of Bakonyszentlászló (Petőfi str. 1., marked from centre of village), the accomodation can be occupied from 17.00 Saturday.

Transport: due to lack of request will not be organized.

First starts:
1. day: 12.00
2. day: 10.00

Parking: on the streets of Fenyőfő on the predetermined places. Follow the instructions of organizers!

Map: both days produced according to IOF standards in 2004.
1. day: 1:15 000 scale, 5 m contours, size: 297x210 mm.
2. day: 1:10 000 scale, 5 m contours, size: 210x297 mm.
The maps will be covered only for M/W21E categories, but every runner can take plastic foil at start.

Control description (symbol): stuck on the map (at some categories on its back), you can take at start too.

Control point equipment: orange-white flag, SI-box, puncher, slips of paper.

Start: both days marked with blue ribbon.
1. day: 2500 m / 20 m climbs.
2. day: 2500 m / 150 m climbs.

Refreshment point: in the following categories at the given part of course (fresh water and drink). You can give your own refreshment to organizers at registration until 11:00.

• 1. day runners of M/W21E categories shall wear start numbers.
• 1. day in categories M/W21E runners will take radio control. Split times will be published continously in Finish Area.
• In categories W18B, W20A, W21E, M16B, M18B, M21E about 1,5 kms before the finish specatculars’ control is taken. After this control runners will have to follow binding route to the next control marked with red-white ribbon.
• If SportIdent fails, runners shall punch on the map!
• Maps will be taken away from runners until 130. minutes of competition both days.
• On the terrain you can find object of hunting and foresting activity. Be careful with fences even if they’re ruined!
• No dog is allowed to go to the terrain, and they must be leashed in the Finish Area too.
• It is forbidden to set fire on the territory of the competition!

WRE event (M/W21E): 2004. May 1., 16.30 at Finish Area,
Honvéd-Bakony Cup: 2004. May 2., 13.30 at Finish Area.
